Section 130
Discipline and duty compliance
It shall be the duty of every worker to comply with the discipline and duty according to this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act. If you do something that violates the confidentiality of the production formula and special technology of such an establishment with the purpose of causing damage, (j) If you work together with a competing employer that is compatible with the nature of the establishment or if you conduct competitive work or if you give confidential information of the establishment you are working for to a competing employer, (j) If found guilty by the court in a criminal charge of moral turpitude while in service, (j) If he submits false educational and other certificates required for appointment, (k) If he consumes drugs or alcohol during work or if he has been consumed, (l) Misbehavior within three years If he is punished more than twice according to sub-section (1), (2) and (3), (d) There is a provision of removing him from the service if he commits any bad behavior in the current Nepal law.
